Clerkenwell Design Week 2024

It was a pleasure to welcome visitors into our showroom during Clerkenwell Design Week 2024.

In the heart of Clerkenwell, our showroom turned into the ideal location for a place to relax and be inspired by our latest creations and collaborations. Daily breakfast and lunch were served followed by evenings of live music served with an array of expertly chosen drinks and cocktails.

We welcome guests for the preview of the latest editions to the Senator and Allermuir family.

Contour by Pearson Lloyd

Contour is a lightweight, flexible work and meeting chair, featuring a highly efficient single-piece plastic backrest that provides generous ergonomic support to a wide demographic. Designed for any setting; healthcare, education, and corporate environment, Contour is a highly adaptable platform that can migrate seamlessly between desk work, casual meetings and touch-down sessions.

Bastille Lounge by Patrick Norguet

Bastille Lounge is an evolution of Bastille. Bastille’s generously contoured and curved silhouette is the definition of luxury. Bastille Lounge is a fusion of heritage and modernity that isn’t overdesigned. It’s restrained simplicity is delicate and timeless allowing Bastille Lounge to act almost like a chameleon, transitioning between corporate and hospitality settings.

Crate Curved by Allermuir Design Studio

The latest update to Crate Divide introduces curving, allowing users to seamlessly specify fully circular spaces or to elegantly snake their designs around their chosen environment.

The second enhancement is the ability to add curtains. Adding curtains to Crate Divide creates a whole new look, the fluting of the curtains is a stylish that aesthetic doesn't just elevate Crate Divide but increases visual and acoustic privacy, further adding to the many benefits Crate Divide offers.

Uku by Simon Pengelly

Uku, designed by Simon Pengelly, is a visually delicate lounge chair made from oak. Designed to be harmonious and balanced, with no individual feature being the main protagonist, allowing Uku to elegantly fit into any setting.

Uku possess a subtle Scandinavian influence where materiality, honesty, and warmth, the familiar characteristics of wood, are quietly abundant. Furthermore, the upholstered elements have a visually intuitive and inclusive relationship with the frame.

Yoso by Samuel Wilkinson

Made purely from oak, Yõso is a fusion of craft and technology to create an elegant armchair rooted in traditional design characteristics but with a modern expression. Yõso’s subtle details are a true celebration of craftmanship and traditional design sensibilities that push have pushed the boundaries of manufacturing to reveal a product that honours the artistry inherent in Yõso’s design.
