Inspire Awards 2022

Last week we held our second Inspire Awards.

The Inspire Awards is the Senator Group’s unique way of recognising the achievements every one of our employees makes, as well as, championing the one’s that go above and beyond. 

We hold 5 categories;

• Team of the Year
• Health and Safety Representative of the Year
• Apprentice of the Year
• Bright idea of the Year
• Employee of the Year
  
  

A shortlist is made throughout the year, every quarter a nominee is chosen leading up to the main event.

The Inspire Awards is a fantastic evening of fun, food, and music and for every employee to socialise and relax in each other’s company outside of the usual day to day. 

The Senator Group stives to be an employer of choice through culture, leadership style, and through constant employee engagement — the Inspire Awards is just one of the many ways we say thank you to the hardwork and dedication of every employee.
