"We need to invest in our young people to ensure they're equipped with the right skills for whatever career they choose, whether that be Lancashire’s burgeoning leisure and tourism sector or the industries of the future such as manufacturing or digital. This is vital to raising productivity across the whole of the Northern Powerhouse - and we need to support businesses here in Lancashire to play their part." - Debbie Francis, Chair of Lancashire LEP
