We treat our factory workers like the craftsmen and craftswomen they are. We provide each with the security of a long-term career, training, and progression to instill pride in their work.

We’re always thinking about the future and in 2019 we employed 7 apprentices and 3 graduates. As we continually invest in technology it’s even more important we strive to nurture younger, local, more tech-mind individuals, giving them hands experience, and helping us stay ahead of the game.

While we have some of the most sophisticated robots working in our factories, we still rely on the craftsmen and craftswomen throughout our business to give our products the human touch and level of detail that no machine can replicate.
