A 36-bedroom hotel, with a separate Wedding and Conferencing Suite which was saved from administration and refurbished to attract new customers. This included the individual design of the master suites, designed for indulgence, relaxation, and comfort, and use their own unique colour palette and layout for a more personal experience.
Greenwood American Kitchen & Bar’s design is a modern fusion of recouped and new construction that creates a subtly sophisticated gateway to the local community. Designed to house a restaurant in the ground level and office space on the second level; this former storage facility building has added a layer of history to its walls. The project is an architectural dialogue between urban and suburban, history and future, public and private, exposed and hidden, indoor and outdoor. The design and selection of finishes, treatments and furnishings display this unique atmosphere.
